It's time to set up the Christmas tree, so where do you go and find the best tree? If you ask anyone, you will get mulitple answers on where to go. There are people who like to simply go to their local grocery store or tree lots and choose their perfect tree. Then there are those who love to travel to the local farms and expereince cut their own tree or pick a fresh pre cut tree. Here are a few local places you can try.

1. Clembrook Christmas farm (Pre-Cut or Cut Your Own)

4231 Derry Road, Milton between Appleby and Walkers Line

Trees are very fresh cut or you can cut your own. Free apple cider or hot chocolate after you get your tree in a little wood cabin. Kids love it and it's right below rattlesnake point so views are beautiful.

2. Nurseland Tree Farm (Pre-Cut or Cut Your Own) 

9536 Trafalgar Road Georgetown, Ontario

Christmas wagon rides out to the field, and looking for that PERFECT tree is something to look forward too. They sell wreaths, greens hot chocolate and snacks. 

3. Connon Nurseries (Pre Cut)

383 Dundas St East, Waterdown

On Saturdays December 12th from 9am-4pm, enjoy feeding & petting live animals, riding on ponies, movies, face painting, and hot cider while Mom & Dad shop for their perfect Christmas Tree! 

4.  Will's Cut-Your-Own Christmas Tree Farm (Pre-Cut & Cut Your Own)

1974 Concession Rd. 2 W. Hamilton

A new crop every year of carefully cultured Fraser & Balsam fir trees (6' to 15'). All the surroundings for a great family outing on our beautiful 176 acre family farm! Clydesdale Horse Drawn Wagon Rides (weekends only starting Nov 22nd & there is a small charge) to the Harvest Field and Tractor Drawn Wagon Rides on weekends (no charge). Bonfires starting Saturday Nov 22nd! Baked Goods! Cookie Decorating for the kids! Horses!

5. Springridge Farms (Pre-Cut)

7256 Bell School Line Milton

They run Christmas activities (ornament and cookie decorating) so it's a fun outing for the kids.
