Halton Region - Lakeshore

Where We Work

With its rich history, vibrant local districts, and incredible homes, both the Halton Region and Toronto are fantastic places to live.

Over the years, we've gotten to know both areas and their communities inside and out. Serving local buyers and sellers has given us the opportunity to pick up plenty of local insights, and now we want to pass them on to you.

Here are some of the communities that make us love where we work!

Halton Region - Lakeshore

Milton

Home buyers are flocking to Milton, and it’s easy to see why.

Located at the base of the Niagara Escarpment, this quaint town boasts plenty of natural beauty – and residential charm. You’ll find a great mix of homes on Milton’s tree-lined streets, and the local markets offer impressive value for money.

Families who settle down here also enjoy the convenience of a small-yet-vibrant downtown, along with nearby outlet malls and proximity to Highways 401 and 407.

Burlington

If you’re looking for the perfect balance between urban and rural living, take a closer look at Burlington.

From it’s lively shops and eateries to its beautiful parks and waterfront trails, this mid-sized city provides a fantastic quality of life. Getting around is also a breeze, thanks to local GO Transit and access to the 400-series highways.

For buyers, it gets even better. Burlington’s selection of single-family homes, modern condos, and townhouses make it a great place to put down roots.

Oakville

Thirty minutes west of Toronto, you’ll find prestigious Oakville.

With it’s lakeside mansions and upscale amenities (which includes the well-known Glen Abbey Golf Club), this picturesque town is attractive to affluent buyers – but its appeal doesn’t end there.

In recent years, Oakville’s more modest single-family homes and townhouses have drawn in a greater mix of buyers. If you’re looking for the perfect place, this pretty town with a village feel should be near the top of your list.

Georgetown

The town of Halton Hills is home to a charming community known as Georgetown.

Nestled along the Credit River, this close-knit gem features a whimsical downtown and an assortment of beautiful, character-filled houses. If you’re looking for a Victorian, Tudor, or Edwardian home in an idyllic setting, Georgetown just might be for you.

Depending on the area, you’ll also find post-war bungalows, newly-built homes, and a variety of other options to meet your family’s needs.

Toronto

Toronto, Ontario’s largest city, is a bustling metropolis that blends modernity with rich cultural history.

As Canada’s financial and cultural capital, Toronto offers a diverse range of neighborhoods, each with its own unique charm and appeal.

From the high-rise apartments and luxury condos of downtown to the tree-lined streets of residential areas like The Beaches and High Park, Toronto has a home to fit every lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking a contemporary loft in the heart of the city, a Victorian house in an historic neighborhood, or a suburban bungalow with a backyard, Toronto’s real estate market provides a wide array of options.

Toronto’s blend of urban excitement, green spaces, and cultural richness makes it an ideal place to call home for anyone looking to enjoy the best of city living in a dynamic and diverse environment.
